When will my card be charged for my order?
All customers are charged at the time of purchase.
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes you have the ability to mark your order as a gift and add a gift message insert at checkout.
DISCOUNT CODES
Can I use multiple codes on the same order?
Only one discount code can be used per order and can only be applied to regular price items. Sale items are excluded from further discounts.
Are any products excluded from discounts or promotions?
Sale items are excluded from additional discount and promotions.
How much do I have to spend to receive free shipping?
Free Shipping applies to all orders of $50 or more.
SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes of course! All orders include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.
When will I receive my order?
Most products will ship between 2-7 days and delivery can be expected between 2-3 days. Please note that all products are made-to-order and we do not hold inventory so production time is included in the 2-7 day timeframe before your order is shipped.
Do you offer express shipping options?
At this time we do not offer express shipping options. We only offer USA Standard shipping and Economy Worldwide shipping. Rates will be calculated based on your location at check out.
What is your return policy?
We have a 15 day refund or reprint policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund/reprint, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund/reprint request, you can contact us at cm.worldwildlove@gmail.com. Please indicate the reason for your return request (product damaged or defective or wrong item received etc). WWL does not accept refund requests due to a change of mind or if the fit of any items was not what was expected.
In many cases, if your product arrived damaged or with printing/manufacturing errors, we can offer a free reprint.
If your refund or reprint request is accepted,. we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund/reprint will not be accepted.
I received an incorrect or damaged item. What should I do?
If you received an incorrect item or damaged item please email us immediately upon receipt at cm.worldwildlove@gmail.com and we will rectify the order as soon as possible.
DONATIONS & WWL
Does WWL mark-up the price of it's products to offset the donation amount?
Absolutely not - WWL uses the standard industry practices to price our products based on the wholesale cost of goods without any additional mark-up.
How do I know a portion of my purchase was actually donated to animal welfare?
